This is absolutely one of the best pieces of story writing I've read in a while, and not just because it's fan fiction, the quality of your writing transcends that. I'm a huge Bruce and Selina fan (the comic book portrayals) and the way Nolan wrote them was the best vision of the two characters I've ever seen portrayed on film. Your story fits right in the Nolanverse so comfortably, I could see and hear everything as if it were part of the official canon, a trait rarely shared by most fan fiction written for any fandom. You channeled Anne Hathaway's Selina and Christian Bale's Bruce: not many writers can do that, I think, the few DKR pieces I've chosen to read. Thank you for sharing this little novella with the world, it was worth every second of my time. :)
