I agree with this post 100%. I have nothing more to add other than to say that I am still writing for this show almost two years later, it has stuck with me that much. Gillian is such a wonderful character, and while there are far too many inconsistencies within the show and with Cal's character, her relationship with Cal is so powerful. They ended it in the worst possible way, but also in the best possible way.
