I love the whole team together, I really do. But if they start splitting them up a bit more, then I'm totally okay with it because Eliot, Parker, and Hardison can carry a whole episode, and Nate and Sophie can definitely carry an episode together.

(Though I still totally want to see Sophie and Eliot on a mission being all sorts of badass with Nate thrown into the mix.)
