I love the quiet beauty of this piece. It has this atmosphere of peace and serenity, and underneath the surface there's the turmoil of Gale's feelings (the reality rears through him like a storm. And also the unreliable memory of the protagonist. I prefer Peeta/Katniss (let the nice boy win for once!) but this was a really beautiful piece and makes me appreciate the history that Gale and Katniss share. (:
