So I kind of go crazy when I'm trying not to think about things and procrastinate, thus this is happening. Originally this was going to be solely a Mark/Lexie drabble-a-thon, but I love these two just as much separately as I do together, so I figured we should spread the wealth a little bit. Therefore, any pairing is welcome as long as one of these two fine looking people is the main character (IE: Mark/Lexie OR Mark/Anybody, Lexie/Anybody. Or, you know, just Mark or Lexie. Whatever you want to write, write it.) Everything is pretty much acceptable as long as it pertains to Lexie or Mark.

If you are a writer, write. If you're a reader, read (just make sure you leave the lovely authors all the love and praise they deserve in the process!) and post prompts you would like to be filled. Writers, if you don't find a prompt you like, just write whatever you'd like and post it within the comments. More than one entry per prompt is more than okay as well. I ENCOURAGE ALL OF YOU TO WRITE MORE THAN ONE! The more, the merrier. I'm pretty laid back rules-wise (we're just here to have some fun!) but here are a few general guidelines:

1. write a drabble/ficlet. (100 words, 500 words, whatever, just try to make it fit into a comment. If you can't -- no worries. Just post a link to the full fic. The more the better!)
2. It must revolve around Mark and/Or Lexie.
3. Leave feedback. (It's good for your karma!)
4. If you post a prompt at least try to write something. Let's keep it fair, kay?
5. When posting a prompt, just reply to this entry and comment following this format: character or pairing, prompt. One prompt per comment.
6. When posting a fic, reply to the prompt (or just make a new comment all together if your drabble isn't based on a prompt) following this format: Title - character and/or pairing, rating. (This will make it easier for readers to find fic and for me to make the master list at the end.)
7. Have fun!
8. PIMP THIS LIKE IT'S HOT, KAY?

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via PM or something. OH, and I wasn't kinding earlier this week -- THIS IS A MANDATORY FLIST BONDING ACTIVITY! Meaning, if you watch Grey's, participate. Please? haha... JK. Kind of.

Have fun, Kids!

This baby is closed for business, ladies.
It's been fun!

Title: What Kind of Day Has it Been
Summary: It's easier, you see, to move through the uncertainty. All we have are the mistakes of others guiding our ways, lessons passed through the grapevines. Take them or leave them -- it's always your choice.
Rating: R
Author's Notes: 2,712 words. Knee-jerk reaction to 5x23 and 5x24. Dedicated to all the girls who ranted and worried and argued with me last night. You know who you are. All mistakes are mine. These characters, however, are not. This is completely different than anything I've ever written for these two before so Con-Crit is both welcome and appreciated. (Oh, and a cookie to whoever can tell me where the title is from *g*)
