I had that thought running through my head about how excellent it would be if it's still all just an act, the stories inside stories Bruce tells for the people he loves.
Great minds think alike? I mean, obviously I wanted them to be in love and happy and settled when we got to that point in the film, but as I walked out of the theater, I couldn't help but think, is it really going to be that easy? are they both going to just fall together that easily? OF COURSE NOT. Hence all the angst lol
I would like to write a less serious fic where they do just fall together just for the heck of it, but in my head, this is exactly what happened.
