So, it weirdly seems to be somewhat established fanon that Donna was previously married (and to a stock broker?!), but I can't find anything in canon to support it. I took a guess on my last fic that she might have been engaged at some point - probably before she met Harvey, or possibly when she first knew Harvey (which is fic in itself right there!). I actually had written it as married, but anr talked me out of it and now I'm glad I didn't go that route.
Any other supporting evidence about Donna's engaged/married past is just from this Suits Recruits video. And I'm not sure whether or not to believe what she's saying, or to even take this as established fact if she was being truthful.
