I did hear that (and thought a little too much of Fox's "it'll stand up well against cats comment in TDK") but then I read an interview with Chris Nolan who said he didn't want to use villians previously used in the other batman movies. But then Two Face and The Joker were used in TDK, so.
Either way, I'm a geek and believe Selina/Bruce are 100% meant to be so I'd love to see her in the next one.
