Her back flush against the door, his lips on hers and his hand slips under the satin of her dress, between her thighs. Selina molds into him, hands tracing curves she’s long since memorized, feels his heartbeat – strong and steady – under the palm of her hand.

It’s comforting and alluring at once, and all she wants to do is hold on, make a memory of this so she’ll never forget this feeling of being right here, right now, with him. So later, when it’s falls apart, like these things so often do, she’ll remember.

“People are going to start to wonder where we are,” she whispers, lips sliding against lips with every word, and her hands slide to his belt, his zipper.

Bruce’s lips on her neck, her throat, his breath a hot whisper against her skin and Selina forgets to breathe.

He pulls back to look at her, just for a mere moment, fleeting almost, and his eyes are dark. Something swims gloriously in the pit of her belly, travels upward and settles deep in her chest right next to her rapidly beating heart. She groans, inwardly, pulling him as close as humanly possible, their bodies flush against one another’s.

Breastbone against breastbone, heartbeat against heartbeat.

“Let them.”

Selina arches against him, purrs something delicious into his ear.
